ADP Non-Farm Employment Change

 

Definition: This figure is released several days prior to the closely watched and highly volatile Non-Farm Payrolls Data. Automatic Data Processing (ADP) provide employment solutions for businesses and state that their figures act as a predictive indicator for the official Nonfarm data.

 

 

Additional Info: ADP sample a much smaller part of the labour market than the official Non-Farm Employment Change (Non-Farm Payrolls) data which means that it is not always an accurate reflection of the payrolls data to be reported in the coming days.
