Aggregate Demand

 

Definition: The total amount of spending in the economy from domestic consumers, foreign consumers (exports), the government and all industry sectors.

 

 

Additional Info: If aggregate demand exceeds aggregate supply it increases the rate of inflation which in turn has a positive effect on a nation’s currency. The opposite is true is demand is exceeded by supply.
