Aggregate Supply

 

Definition: The total amount of domestically produced goods and services in the economy.

 

 

Additional Info: If aggregate supply exceeds aggregate demand it reduces the rate of inflation which then serves to devalue a nation’s currency. If supply is exceeded by demand industry is likely to raise prices stimulating inflation.
