To suggest a term that you would like us to include in our Financial Terms Dictionary then please let us know by filling out this form. This can be a term that you can’t currently find listed in our Dictionary or one that you would like to know the meaning of. We will do our very best to add your request as soon as possible and we will email you once we have done so.

Welcome to our Financial Terms Dictionary where you will find an extensive collection of Investment, Trading, Economics and Financial Market referenced terms.

Unlike a traditional dictionary we are not interested in defining single words only; we focus on ‘terms’ that are generally comprised of two or more words. The advantage of this is that we are able to be much more specific in our definitions and we can index exactly what our users are looking for.

One example of this is the word ’limit’. A traditional dictionary would have a listing for that single word but here you will find entries for limit order and limit entry. You will be pleased to know that each term is defined and, if necessary, put into context in the ‘additional info’ section.

We hope that you find what you are looking for and please request a definition to help us build our listings.
